Q: What are your hours of operation?

Hatsuhana Sushi is open for both lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, serving lunch from 12:00 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, allowing the team time to prepare for the week ahead.
