Hatsuhana prides itself in the sustenance of the a la carte option in conjunction with ordering prix fixe off the menu or omakase. We understand the importance of our patrons' freedom to be in complete control of their meal. After all, nobody understands the value of being able to enjoy a light, tasty snack without the burden of having to endure an elaborate multi-course meal better than we do. Hatsuhana is a strong advocate of Okonomi, meaning you design your own meal.
